Introducing The Book Club
We are excited to welcome you to our book club, a community of passionate readers who come together to explore new books, share insights and engage in lively discussions. Whether you're a seasoned bookworm or just looking to dive into new genres, this club is for you!
At Wild Press Book Club, we celebrate not only the books themselves but also the authors behind them—each one contributing their creativity, expertise, and personal experience to craft narratives that resonate with readers. Whether we’re discussing an established writer or discovering a new voice, our goal is to foster a deeper appreciation for the art of storytelling.
Join us and be part of a community that values the power of books and the authors who shape them. Let’s read, discuss, and celebrate great literature together!
This book club will not meet in person (YET), we meet online, creating a supportive, virtual space where readers can share thoughts, reflections, and connect with the author and fellow participants from the comfort of their homes.
We are thrilled to kick off our very first meeting with an exciting read: Borderline: A Poetic Memoir by Diana Kouprina
Written by author Diana Kouprina, the book is a lyrical memoir that chronicles the author’s path from a childhood marked by cultural displacement to a future shaped by empowerment and acceptance. Through a stunning mix of reflective prose and raw, emotive poetry, Diana Kouprina captures the complexities of being an immigrant in a world that often feels too divided and contradictory.
Diana shares her story with hopes to inspire and create positive change for anyone in a similar situation.
To make this experience even more special, we’re excited to announce that Diana Kouprina will be joining us for a virtual discussion after we’ve all had a chance to read the book! This is a unique opportunity to hear directly from the author about their inspiration, writing process, and the themes she has woven into the story. You’ll also have the chance to ask questions and engage in a conversation with the author themselves.
